At FTSpeed, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Our streamlined process ensures that updating your wardrobe remains as effortless and stylish as our collections.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your FTSpeed account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
